He is not accepting talk or no quest to accept... What triggers him.. can you help

Found Problem but makes for new one.... guide jumps from Item 168 to 192 skipping all between??? how to fix that would help

The guide is showing you steps it should not be. Please skip any steps for quests you can't accept. We are working to get this fixed.

I tried that and it takes me to the next level and I am not at 94 yet, and can not accept the next guide. Thats my problem. Normally I would is there a list somewhere I can look at. see what I should do in order. Thanks
