Another building option? (Alliance)

I'm in guide 96-98 step 50. Its asking me what building to construct (Brewery or Smugglers Den). I'm I ok to choose here? I dont want to relive the Lumber Mill fiasco, lol.

You will have that same thing happen no matter which choice you make. The bug where it's displaying both building's quests is in all of the Alliance zone guides.
