At the beginning of this guide beginning with step 2 "Routing to Arcane" unsure what this refers to and maybe this why many quests do not show up like Step 6 - An Audience With The ArchMage, Step 7: Making Acquaintances, Step 9: Creating the Ink and the next 2 quests however was was able to do Step 15 to Step 40 but could not pick up or well not shown quest:, Vol. X Pages?
Now is it that can not do curtain quests do to the fact earlier we had to choose something to do with outposts (can't remember them however I did choose the first one which gave me more arm and weapons for my troops.).
