Just an FYI for staff

Two things:

1) Spires of Arak (96-98), Step 38, "Befriending the Locals" never was at NPC. I looked everywhere but couldn't find it.

2) Spires of Arak (96-98), Step 253: I've been closely following the guide but in Spires of Arak i got to the part of the guide where you go onto Nagrand. I was there without hitting 98. The quest to move forward ("News from Nagrand") wont appear until 98. I had to do the two bonus objectives in the north-west part of the map to get to 98. Then That quest opened up. Weirdly though, it was available at the outpost and not from Shadow-sage Iskar.

I followed the "Spires of Arak (96-98)", but not enough content without rested xp, to reach level 98. Now 97 and 68%. So now have to get 32% before I can pick this quest up and move forward.

So I'm back to hunting down available quests again without the guide
