Worgen Arrow Malfunction

The destination tracking arrow has stopped working for the Worgen leveling guide. I had a problem with it not working when I started the guide with a level 7 Worg Thief but saw no problem with other characters. So I made a new thief to see if it was me and until level 5 the tracking arrow worked great. Then I turned into a worgen and at step 61 (Talk to King Genn Greymane, Accept Last Chance at Humanity) the arrow went red and started pointing downward. I am not sure if it picks back up later (past my first thief's leveling point) or not.
I tried disabling add on, logging off, returning, enabling and updating fix. All other addons disabled as well and still had problem.

This is a known bug we keep fighting on and off. Right now the fight is back on again. Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to fix the arrow in the Worgen starting zone. The best recommendation I can give right now is to ignore the arrow until you reach Darnassus. Once you're in Darnassus and out of the Worgen starting zone then the arrow will function properly again.
