Gorgrond Step 116 -117 issues

I have spoke to Durotan as requested in step 116 but the next step 117 asks me to talk to Marrow, who just offeres me repair and not "reagents of rakthoth"

This is probably related to a garrison building you do not have. We are working to get these fixed as quickly as possible. Either that or you are not level 93 yet and you need that for the quest.
