Horde Guide Error

Spires of Arak step 156 - the guide tells you to turn in a quest to Dark Ranger Veloncore. That NPC doesn't exist at this site but Provisioner Galger is there and is the turn-in NPC. He also has 2 quests to give but the guide skips one quest and moves you on to the next step. Not sure if the skipped quest is needed or not. Thanks for a great guide, wouldn't be without it.
