Nagrand - Guide Progress error

Guide progress shows 0% and "an error occured, no starting/ending level set"

I see the problem. We have to set an endlevel flag for that zone since it's the last one. It only knows that you start at 98 and normally it would look at the next guide in the list and use that guide's startlevel as the current guide's endlevel. It can't do that since there's no next guide.
