This step takes place after helping Ga'nar defeat a Gronn. It tells you to hearth to your garrison, take a flight path, run a convoluted route (that goes past where you started) and to Lokra.
It should instead direct you down a path directly to Lokra. Faster and easier to just run, rather than hearth, fly, run.
