Spires of Arak (Alliance Step 173) - Step Efficiency
Looks like after talking to Effigy of Terokk and witnessing a Terokk legend, you are brought back to Veil Terokk. Step 173 says to "Accept `Bonus Objective: Bloodmane Pridelands`" Reshad is standing directly to your right when you are brought out of the legend. You can turn-in and accept other quest in Veil Terrok (currently steps 178-180) first.
It would make more sense to do these first then travel half way across the map to do the bonus objective?
