I don't have that error on startup but if the guides were messed up I normally should.
Which guide version are you using (lower left corner of the guide selection window)?
The current version is 6.0.10995.

You sure? Im showing 5.0.10995

I update daily to check for new updates.

Sorry, of course it's 5.0 not 6.0

But the important number is the build numer 10995, this independent from the major version.

What makes me wonder is that it says 16 items could not be processed. It seems to not be a problem with a guide file but with detecting the items your character is wearing (as there are 16 item slots).
Did you try with all other addons turned off?
