Garrison Guide - Buildings - Lumber mill error

The Garrison guide for upgrading the Lumber Mill to Tier 3 has an error. The guide states that the achievement "Upgrading the mill" is required. This is correct, but the steps it gives to complete the achievement are incomplete. The guide lists only 1 of the 3 requirements for the achievement. The guide states that all that is necessary is to complete 75 lumber mill work orders and buy the blueprint. While in fact that is only part of the task. Two quests must be completed "Legacy of the Ancients" and "Reducing the workforce" neither of these quests are in the guide.
