Gear system broken?

Since the new update, the gear system is broken.
It no longer shows me which item is better suited for me.

Do you have the gear system turned on in the Gear System section of the options? Are the gear suggestions maybe being sent to the Notification window that is minimized at the top of you screen (default location)?

It is turned on. I will monitor the notifications to make sure.
After I updated, the feature was turned off but I turned it back on before I made this post.

I have confirmed that there are no notifications coming. It's as if the Gear System is turned off.
I've uninstalled the Zygor Guide software and re-installed with no resolve.

Try resetting the guides (a reinstall does not do this) by exiting the game and then go to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there.

This has been completed.
Is there some sort of method to trigger the Gear system? I've tried the following steps in the past and worked:
1. I took off my boots and put them in my bag.
2. Logout then back in and the Gear System would put the boots back on for me.

It's not working now.

When you are in game and you open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on guide viewer) what does it display as the version number? Can you also open up the guide viewer options, click on Gear System on the left side, and then post a screen shot of that window?

Ok, looks like it is a bug in our system that we have been able to reproduce. The team is working on getting this fixed now.

Any idea on time of resolution? The problem still persists on version 5.0.11064

This is proving to be difficult to track down to get it fixed. As you can see from this post (http://www.zygorguides.com/forum/sho...768#post102768) the problem seems to come and go so that makes it harder to find it to fix it.

auto-euip not working at all

I haven't been able to get gear auto-equip working at all since I bought this addon, I've reinstalled, deleted the saved variables files , even tried it on a different comp. Sure do miss this feature, hope you guys can fix it.

haha yea something is definitely up with the gear system, after teleporting out of an instance the only time I've seen it ask me to equip a better item, and it was a robe...Im a warrior lol

waypoint arrows all buggy too, i have to click it to make it point

We do have a new gear system in testing right now that should fix all of the gear related problems. The arrow problem you're seeing may be an addon conflict of some kind happening. Have you tried to disable all other addons?
