zygor guides viewer error

in my chat window when i first log into wow i get the following: "Zygor Guides Viewer: ERROR initializing Gear Guides, 1328 items could not be processed"

help please.

I get the exact same error with the exact same number. This is the first time I have used this product. I was just playing around with the gear thing on my fresh level 15, when I click on any of the gear to see the dungeon guide I get:

Zygor Guides Viewer: How odd. We don't seem to have a guide for Ragefire Chasm
or Wailing Caverns
or Scarlet Halls
or The Stockage

I stopped trying after that, but it appears there are no guides for any of the lower level dungeons?

We are currently working on the Gear System to get rid of bugs like is in the first post. For the missing dungeon guides, can you please post a picture of your installer client.

Ok, checking into the dungeon guide issue. I've been able to reproduce this so it's definitely a bug on our end to get fixed.

Getting the same error as OP now, except I just get 32 items that can't be processed.

Can you post a screen shot of your installer client window and also a screen shot of your in game guide selection window?

Ok, in that screen shot it looks like you didn't get the error. Does it only happen occassionally?

To be honest it happens every time I log in without rapidly logging and relogging. It's popped up for me twice today. The error pops up in the chat window.

Try exiting the game and use the wrench icon on the installer client to reinstall the guides. Try to make sure there are no corrupted files.

Re-installed guides, no error message this first time I relogged. Will keep an eye out in case the error comes up again.

Logged on again for first time today, reinstalling the guides seems to have done the trick, thanks Zygor!
