Timeless Isle Daily Guide will not load (Horde)

The guide is listed under dailies. It has gold writing and has a red star by it. When I select it and click accept it does not load. I have the zygor client version 2.1.43 and guide version 5.0.11097. I have tried a repair and a reinstall of the guide but neither worked. Any suggestions.

I checked the Alliance guide and it loads without problems.
Are you using the Horde guide? And does it write some error message in the chat window?

Edit: I found a small thing in the guide, step 2 includes content from the prequest file and in the includes file the content again begins with "step", resulting in "step" being shown inside the step in the guide viewer. But it does not prevent loading of the guide.
This affects both Alliance and Horde guide.

I am using the Horde guide. I didn't see the step error, I will look for it, however the guide doesn't load at all. i click on accept to load the guide and nothing happens. Will look for a chat error and post it if I see one.

edit: the chat message says unable to load guide.....no valid steps

OK, apart from the mentioned problem I found there seems to be something else wrong in the Horde Timeless Isle dailies guide.
At the moment I don't have the time too look further into the files so I put this into the surrport section for the Zygor team to look into.

Ok, was able to confirm that the Horde side guide is not loading. Will get this onto our list to get fixed.
