Could you post a picture as well? According to what you posted the step is seen as being complete by the guide viewer so it shouldn't be telling you to get another one, it should have moved on to the next step. Did you experience any lag at that point with the game server?

Well, obviously I can't as I've already completed the quest. Questing doesn't stop just because the guide gets a case of hiccups.
