Inscription Step 28 - Changed?

On Step 28 for inscription 1-600 I'm supposed to learn the Glyph of Decoy from Catrina Stanford, but that doesn't appear to be available. Was this because of a change in 6.0.3+?

Doing some digging I found http://www.wowhead.com/item=42956#taught-by-spell which says it's learned by Research: Celestial Ink and that is automatically learned at inscription 200.

Was this updated already or am I missing something?

This is a new mechanic added with WoD that we need to re-work the guide. About half of the older glyphs had been learned by visiting a trainer but they changed most of that over to being a randomly learned recipe now.

Thanks for the response. I found a guide on wow professions that seems to be good for 6.0.3 changes so at least I'm making some progress. Any idea when we can expect an update for inscriptions?

I have no ETAs for any of the different updates, especially with it being the holiday season and people trying to get some vacation time in.

I've seen the following in the guide but they were not available to learn.

“Minor Inscription Research”
“Glyph of Decoy”
“Glyph of Holy Wrath”
“Glyph of Illumination”
“Glyph of Fire Nova”
“Glyph of Mending”
“Glyph of Expose Armor”


I'm also getting steps that have me creating "nil" as in step 45.
