Step on of Razorfen Downs (Alliance) has you talking with Koristrasza and accepting three quests: The Coldbringer, Partners in Crime, and Cure the Scourge. The model viewer shows here in humanoid form.
Upon entering the instance she is actually in dragon form, not humanoid. And only two quests are acceptable: Blackthorn's Lieutenants, and The Ritual.
