Stuck on step 197 of Gorgrond guide

Hi there

I seem to be stuck on step 197 of the Gorgrond guide. It tells me to turn in the quest with Bodrick Grey but he has no quest sign on him, I think I got the critical path quest from the bulletin board at my garrison and that has a greyed out exclamation point but nothing happens when I click it. I have gone to Fort Wrynn and established my outpost

So I figured I would skip to the next incomplete step but the guide won't let me skip to that next incomplete step.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

What is the name of the quest you're supposed to be turning in?

I think I figured it out, I just needed to update Zygor and the guide advanced properly. I was maybe couple of udaptes behind since I hadn't used lately after leveling my main to 100.
