Talador Guide, (94-96), Step 156. Magister Krelas is no where to be found so that I can pick up the quest Dropping In. Another NPC is nearby and will give me the quest Dropping Bombs, but I seem to be cut off from the place I need to go by a blue shimmering curtain thing.
