Garrison Buildings Guide?!?

So, as this is part of the leveling guide I would have expected the garrison guide to actually be a guide. step 77 of this guide which is like the third or fourth step to the salvage building guide says complete the short pinchwhistle... Umm... I thought this was a quest guide add on. Which quests am i supposed to do? Thats pretty much what I pay for. I do the quests on my first toon. then I use the guide on the rest of my alts. I bought the guide so I dont have to figure out which quests I am supposed to do or where I am supposed to go. I am sadly disappointed with the product this go round from zygor.

Is this for the Alliance or Horde guide that you're having a problem?

And the Garrison guide is a bonus freebie guide that doesn't belong to any one guide package but is available for all guide packages. It was just located within the Leveling section because we needed a place to put it.

You can find that Pinchwhistle Gearworks questline in the Spires of Arak Leveling guide starting at step 65 and ending at step 103. If you used the Leveling guides to level up your toon then this was early enough in the Spires of Arak guide that you should have completed this already.

I leveled this toon through dungeons mostly and then when i was around 98 or so shifted to questing. I wanted to get the followers so, i did all the quests in FFR. Then went to gorgond. When I hit 100 I wanted to get the salvage yard as my third small building so, i figured there is a guide for garrison buildings and such why not use it. Apparently the reason would be that it doesn't really guide you more then a note on a website would. It is like 5 steps. Go to this zone, do the quests in this hub (not step you through the quests, it literally tells you to do the quests for the pinchwhistle gearworks), pick up one quest, learn the pattern that is a reward from the entire series (again doesnt step through this series just tells you to pick up the first one) then go back to your garrison and learn/build the building. Meanwhile it has the arrow pop up and point you to where the end of the series of things it tells you to do at each step is going to be. Very misleading.

I guess I have just come to expect a certain level of completeness with zygor guides. This expansion it just hasnt seemed to measure up to previous expansions. I am glad I have not bought the professions guides because based on the guides i have purchased for this expansion (and "freebies") I would most likely be disappointed. I guess it is a good thing that the garrison guides are free because I would be mad if i paid money for them.
