Tanaan Jungle (intro) quest connecting 2 objective's each to the other's requirement

I started using the Tanaan Jungle (Dark Portal intro line) today and found an error in steps 18 and 20, the quest Bled Dry. Step 18 is to open the East cage, and points you to the correct one, and 20 is the South cage and points to the correct one. However, opening the East cage marks step 20 as complete and the South cage marks step 18 as complete.
