Being disconnected from server when at auction

I am being disconnected from the server when I open the auction window. The GG starts scanning for updated info and then BAM. Disconnect.

I turned off the autoscan upon opening auction window and not getting booted now.

Please go into the guide viewer options and in the Inventory Management section set the Auction Fast Scan Intensity to Low.
