'Deal Icon'

So the auction guide says it will flag items in my shopping list that are worth purchasing and relisting with a 'deal' icon. I do not see any such icon however when I select the item from the guide.

Have you tried scrolling through all the results. Sometimes it's not there on the first few auctions.

Yeah there are only four results for the item in question, so they all show at the same time. Actually it seems like when I first select an item in the shopping list I can see an icon but it quickly vanishes. Maybe a bug?

Yeah I messed around with it. If you put two items from the auctions guide in the shopping list, then click between them, you can see the deal icon for a split second then it goes away.

I'm not seeing that... but the deal icon does seem to blend in well with some of the item icons... is it maybe just blending in and appearing to disappear?

I have tried it with multiple different icon items. I am simply not seeing it.

This is off the currently live version. It only puts the deals icons over items you searched using the Shopping List.

And it might not be an item on the first page that has the deal icon. Check all pages and listings for an item to find the deal icon.

Ok I definitely do NOT see that icon. That is a striking icon that I would have noticed. I checked all pages and multiple items for the icon. I will try it without ELVUI soon to see if maybe that is the issue, but I do not see why that would interfere with item icons.

I don't see the icon either. I click on Wool Cloth which should have deals. I see that there should be more pages, I click next page and I am shown a list of epic recipes!

Do you have any other auction addons running or any addons that change the auction window?

I had a small one that showed auction sell total price. I removed it and I still have the same problem. No auction addons except Zygors.

I click on "Wool Cloth" in deals and get this page (no deals icons anywhere):

edit: if I disable all addons except Zygors I still have the same problem.

Ok, maybe it's how you're doing things. First when you find a deal in the Gold guide click on the drop down arrow to the right side to add it to your Shopping window. Then when the auction house window is open click open the Shopping section (same window as the Inventory window shown in your pictures). Now click on the item in your Shopping window to get it to search for that item. Once you do that slowly scroll thru all of the items to find the gold coin. It might not be on the first or second page, you have to look at all of the pages to find it/them. The auction window shows you things based on the total cost of it but the deals are all done based on a per item value so they won't always be at the beginning of the search results.
