    This is a known bug that we are working on. Please have some patience while we track down the bug to get it fixed.

      This isn't really an error. No trend data means we have no data whatsoever to even begin suggesting a price because that item has not been seen on the Auction House in over a month. We might be able to tap into global data at some point, but odds are that item isn't going to sell.

        I've seen some very common items on the auctionhouse be listed as 0c as well. At one point it said silk cloth was worth 0c even with manual scans... Eventually after my 10th time scanning messing with otherstuff this somehow fixed itself.

          First, make sure the bottom of the Gold Guide menu does not say you're missing Historical Data.

          If so, please check that you are using the latest version of the guide (11563) which fixed some things with the 0c pricing.

            I have my zygor client set to automatically download and install updates however it seems to never auto update my guides. I have to manually scan/repair the guide eachtime theres a update it seems. I also just did a scan/repair and it says installed 5.0.11563 and latest 5.0.1154 could this be why the auto update doesn't seem to ever work? (the latest isn't being updated on client end maybe?)

              Sounds like something might be interfering with the way the client normally connects to the server. If you click the refresh button in the top right next to your username does it then show the latest version correctly?

                that worked
                any idea what would cause that? I only have avg antivirus protection running. Zygor guide client is ran in admin mode. I'm on windows 8.1

                  I'd say it's AVG. That is the one antivirus that I often see causing a problem with the client. I know it's a popular free antivirus package but I'd personally recommend finding something different. AVG doesn't have as good of a detection/false positive rate as other packages out there. If you don't mind spending the money Kaspersky has one of the best detection/false positive rates you will find and I've never had any problems with it and the client, or any other program for that matter.

                  Of course AVG being the cause is just a guess. I can't say for certain one way or the other for what's giving the problem, just that's where I'd put my money just from experience with the various customer problems.
