my account was chargeed for the gold and auction guide and i dont have access. o.O

I just checked and the product is activated on your account.

You need to use the Zygor Guides client to download the guide. You'll also use that to setup and sync your realm data which is needed for the guide to work. Full instructions can be found here: http://www.zygorguides.com/support/manual/gginstall.php
