Vashj'ir "Defending the Rift" (Step 339)

During the last quest "Defending the Rift" the Loremaster guide tells you to speak with Erunak Stonespeaker in order to board the submarine that takes you to the Abyssal Breach area. However, due to a bug that has been known for quite some time; the Blizzard development team removed this step. Thus, all you need to do is ride your Vashj'ir Seahorse to the Abyssal Depth area and kill 15 Naga surrounding the area.

To re-cap: you no longer talk to Erunak Stonespeaker, you no longer ride in the subamarine, and you don't view a cinematic to reach the quest objective.

We took out the requirement for players to view the cinematic or talk Erunak. If you still have issues with quests around this area please let us know. Thanks for the detail.
