NPC: Baleflame, Obsidia
During the quest "Last of Her Kind" it should be noted that if you're attempting to complete this at a higher level to allow Obsidia to attack Baleflame a few times before killing her. If you kill Obsidia too fast the quest will occasionally glitch and won't be marked as completed, if this happens simply abandon the quest and pick it back up from Baleflame again.
