Ok, I bought the leveling guide and the gold guide. It looks like the gold guide loads and is operating ok. When I load the leveling guide, specifically level 20-25 Eastern Kingdoms, and 20-25 Kalimdor, Outland 60-62 , says I am using a "demo". Every other zone seems to load ok. What am I doing wrong?

Try using the wrench icon on the desktop client and reinstall the guides. After you do that go into the settings and sync your realm data again. That should fix it.

I tried that, still same problem. Weird that it is only 3 areas.

When you look at the desktop client what do you see in the middle pane under Products?

I am stupid. It's the horde parts I am missing, the Alliance guide is what I bought.
