Where is my gold guide

I just purchased the gold guide but it does not show up when I open my home screen in WOW. I redoenloaded the client and I still cannot see the guide. The money has been deducted from my paypal account.

What do I need to do to see the guide I just purchased?

First run the desktop client and look in the middle panel (Products) and see if the Gold guide is listed in there. If it is not listed try clicking the refresh button at the top beside your username to see if that gets it to show up in the list. If it is listed try clicking the wrench icon in the bottom right and reinstall the guides.
