Waypoint arrow not working

I can't get my waypoint arrow to show on any of my toons. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zygor,scan and repaired made sure the enable arrow was clicked. I even unclicked and reclicked the enable arrow. I am stumped, please help this old widow please.

Try going into the guide viewer settings and in the Profile section click on the Reset Profile button. Then type /re into the chat window to reload the UI.

ok this may be a bit old and i have scan ed the forum and have not been successful in locating a fix. When in pandaria the the arrow says i am at the spot of the quest and never points to where i need to go. I have tried the unistall and reinstall and also the reload of the ui still no good.
the arrow is just red and says got the wandering isle but always points down

ok i tried again it appears it is an ad on causing trouble. i disabled them all and now its fine and works again.
