Gear suggestions are not being made at all...

The guide viewer is correctly making suggestions on my main character, but on my alt which has heirlooms equipped, no suggestions are being made whatsoever. Not even for obvious items that are not heirloom, yet are significantly better. The settings on both characters in the Zygor addon are identical in the gear suggestion system settings. I tried resetting the profile. It didnt work. I tried removing the heirlooms to my bag. It didnt work. Help please.

Yes. I even did a complete clean re-install of the guide, having deleted all of the zygor folders....still the same problem.

When you get an item you think should be an upgrade please let us know what the currently equipped item is, what the new item is, what class/spec you are, and if you changed the stat weights for the spec what the stat weights are.

Hmm, I actually replied but for some reason it didn't post. I have not messed with any of the stat weight settings at all. They are on the default settings. As far as specific items, in an attempt to proof this bug, I have even traded high end items out with significantly low or non-spec items to see if the guide will tell me to replace them with the higher item as it does on other toons (like when I use a Stormwind teleport cloak). I traded out a lower item level +intel ring with a higher level +agi ring. The guide didn't so much as notice. My character's name is Killahurts on Dalaran. Combat rogue.

That sounds like you have the Gear System disabled. Check the very first option on the Gear System section of the options.

Of course that is enabled. I have also tried disabling/re-enabling it, re-logging, reloading UI..ect ect many times.

I even just tried disabling all other addons to see if there might be a conflict. No success. Yet I logged out of my rogue and onto my hunter, replaced my cloack with stormwind teleport cloak, got the pop up to replace it...so this is something specific to my rogue for sure.

Try going to the Profile section of the guide viewer settings and click the Reset Profile button, then type /re into the chat window to reload the UI. After that do testing to see if it's working again.

I just received a Windseal Necklace (600 ilvl) from normal mode Skyreach.

It did not prompt me to replace my Halaani's Wisdom Tooth (553 ilvl).

Both are agility based neck items with multistrike bonus stats.

Yes, including reloading UI, relogging and totally disabling the addon before and after each. Nothing works, I even just hit 100 and it still isnt working even if I put on a random green from a lockbox.

Ok, let's try doing a full guide reset. Exit the game and go to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there. That will reset the guides completely (like a hard reset vs. the soft reset you already did). Once you delete those files then go in game again and see if it's now suggesting gear.

That didn't work. As I had said before, I did a complete clean re-install of the client, having deleted any and all zygor files on my entire computer. I just did what you said to do, logged on the rogue. No suggestions, relogged to the hunter, swapped cloaks...immediate suggestion was made.
