    Client not updating

    It has been what seems more than a week now since I have seen the guide launcher perform a download update of auction/gold data. Is something wrong?

    I tried a clean install and also a scan/repair and still nothing is being downloaded. Are you guys no longer pushing current auction data to the end user?

    So you see nothing about the realm data being synced if you click on the paper icon on the right side of the client (to the right of the word Download) in all of the different event logs for the client?

      Nope. And in the log, the only thing it reads is "Sept 5, 2015: Updated guides to version 5.0.12727". As I said, I have also tried a fresh install of the client. No luck.

        You double-checked the settings to make sure the realms are still setup? Have you tried reinstalling Java or checking on any anti-virus/firewall software to make sure nothing is being blocked?

          Our logs indicate that you were able to update your auction data today. Are you still having any issues?

            It looks like it worked. It ended up being server selection in the setup. However, I am sure that the clean re-install that I did was responsible for my needing to select the server name in the setup. I still don't know why it wasnt updating before I did the re-install.
