in the stable master achievement guide it says you can only use the whistle 3 times a day but this is incorrect as far as ive seen there is no limit

That should be each whistle can only be used 3 times in a day.

Yes but its wrong ive used them 6 times today
once i used the 3 charges on the whistle i just went and picked up another whistle
