Guide issue in Zangarmarsh steps 79-80

I am having a issue with steps 79-80 in Zangarmarsh. the Bog lord tendrils from npc Fahssn. I have done the original quest and now the ? is blue, The problem is the guide wont let me move on from here. I got 6 more tendrils and turned them in and now the guide wants me to get 6 more, when i try to move on it will go from step 80 to step 71 and states routing to proper section then goes back to step 79. Is this a bug and how can i get past it.

This is intentional and it will keep looping until you reach neutral or higher reputation with Sporeggar. Once you hit neutral it will then take you to do a couple of other quests and possibly start looping again on the bog lord tendrils until you reach friendly. This is done so you will be able to accept quests from that faction.
