Travel system ignoring some forms of travel

The travel system does not make use of guild tabards, or the garrison hearthstone.

The travel system wants me to fly to Silvermoon City from Hillsbrad Foothills to use the portal in UC.
There are two issues here.
The fact it is sending me to Silvermoon City and then to UC to use the portal in UC, when there is one in Silvermoon City that you have to pass. At least that's the way I read the travel route.
But the main gripe is that I have 3 perfectly good cloaks I can equip to take me to Orgrimmar.

I believe work is already being done on the cloaks and other clickies for the travel system. I really have no idea why it wanted to send you to Silvermoon when UC is already closer to Hillsbrad. That's something we'll have to try to reproduce.
