Gear System not equipping shield

When I switch to my Pro Pally spec, the gear systems gets hung up on my shield. It fails to equip it every time. Once I manually equip my shield, it continues switching out the rest of my gear.

Gear System getting hung up when I have 2 Legendary Rings in my bag

I have a version of the Legendary Ring for each of my specs (Pro and Ret Pally). When I switch specs, the gear system attempts to equip both rings (which it can't) and then it hangs.

Merged the two threads since they were both gear system related for your pally.

When you click on the orange down arrow on the guide viewer and open the guide selection window, what does that show in the lower left corner for the version number? Also, have you tested this with all other addons disabled to make sure there was no odd addon conflict happening? Just some quick troubleshooting since this is the first report of either of these problems.

Version is 5.0.13510. I tried disabling all my add ons (except Zygor of course) and still having the same issue.

Can you please get it to the point where it's hung up and then open up the guide viewer settings, click on Zygor Guides Viewer on the left, and then click the button to create a bug report.

On the new window that opens click the View button in the bottom left corner and that will give you something that looks like this.

Please copy/paste the contents of that window into a text file and attach that here so we can look it over. That will hopefully contain what we need to figure out why this is happening for you.

Is your other spec Ret and using a 2h? Our dev team will have to investigate but I'm wondering if maybe it's still thinking you can't equip anything in the off hand, like it's stuck at that spot with a change from a 2h spec to a sword and board spec. And thank you for the bug report information.

Yes, my other spec is Ret and I use a 2H weapon with that spec. What you're saying makes sense. Hopefully it's an easy fix! Thanks for your quick response.
