Shadowmoon Vally step 63 jumps to step 93 but...

Hello I am stuck on the guide. I opened all my profession windows clicked next. I was told I had to use a Cryptic Tome of tailoring. "this item was dropped by Karnoth while doing quest "Shadows Awaken". Now I did do that quest and see I turned it in but I did not receive this item. So my quest log is stuck. What do I do? I cannot progress forward.

If the item did not drop when doing that quest you can just right click on the next step button and continue on with following the guide. The tailoring item will drop randomly as you are questing from other mobs so once you get it then you can come back to this step if you want to do that small tailoring quest chain.
