Nagrand 65-67 issue with Step 16

I was on Step 16 where you need to get Howling Wind. I kept trying for half an hour to get Howling Wind to drop on Monday night. I logged out and logged back in, the guide still showed Howling Wind as 0/1, but Howling Wind was in my inventory and I overlooked it. The item didn't trigger the guide to update.

Just want to make sure I'm looking at the same step you are. Did that step also want you to get some ivory tusks or was the howling wind the only thing you needed to get for the step?

You are correct, it was Step 15 actually and it wanted 3 Ivory Tusks.
