Should the gear recommender recommend my off-hand weapon?

I started a L1 Horde Rogue a few weeks ago, got her up to 60 and then (finally) used my Level 90 jump. I noticed that my off-hand weapon was still extremely low level but Zygor has been automatically upgrading my primary weapon throughout the game.

Fortunately, my most-recently upgraded primary weapon was still in my bags from the last swap and I put it in my off-hand with no issues (Zygor never popped up trying to swap it for something else, better or worse).

I just wanted to know if this is by design, a known bug, or if this was even identified before. I hadn't seen it mentioned.

This might be a bug. Did you test this with all other addons disabled? Which spec is the rogue?

Sorry about leaving out pertinent information!

- Yes, with non-Zygor add-ons disabled, the problem still occurs (take something out of the secondary weapon slot and Zygor doesn't put it back nor recommend putting it back). Take something out of the primary slot and Zygor instantly pops it back in.

- Rogue is a Outlaw, Blood-Elf

- Other equipment does appear to be automatically recommended or used (depending on Zygor equipment manager preferences)

Wow, my memory is going. This is something we were already looking into and I even made up a list of all dual wielding classes and specs so it could all be gone over. Can't believe I forgot that.

I'm having this issue with my holy paladin. It puts the weapon in the main hand, but does not equip/suggest a shield. Yes, I do have a shield in my inventory. I just tried with everything disabled but Zygor.


EDIT: I just reinstalled the client and restarted WoW. I received the following error:

Are you using ElvUI? I'm seeing the AddonSkins for that listed in that error. Do you get that error with everything else disabled?

I am using ElvUI, but the error hasn't returned. I am still having issues with the guide suggesting gear when I switch specs. So, far I've had the issue on a shaman, paladin, and warrior. I've tried with everything disabled, save Zygor.

I think there might be some guide changes coming out on Monday so let's see if they help with this at all.
