Couldn't Use Flight Paths with Zygor on

I decided to try WoW again as its been a while, and I was heading over to use a flight path on my new character, and clicking the place I wanted to go to did nothing at all. No errors, just nothing. I tried deactivating lots of different addons that might be causing it.

I currently do not have a Zygor subscription but it was activated in my addons. Not showing in game, guessing since I am not subbed. I turned it off, reloaded UI, and flight paths work. It was the only addon I turned off between it not working and it working.

Sorry if this has been mentioned, I have been going nuts for the last hour trying to figure out why I couldn't fly and only turned off Zygor since I wasn't subbed, then thought what the heck, I will see if I can fly now! And it worked.

Thought I would be doubly sure. Just turned Zygor back on, reloaded. Flight path didn't work. Turned off, reloaded UI, flight path worked.

Can you test by disabling all other addons and have only Zygor enabled to see if you can fly when Zygor is the only one running?

Since I was enjoying WoW I went ahead and resubbed to Zygor (not on this account) and problem went away and all works fine. It was only when I was not subbed and Zygor was still turned on in addons. Zygor was very outdated by time I resubbed and updated it, so not sure if that was the problem? Since it wasn't showing up in game I wasn't sure if an outdated Zygor would have mattered.

Since no one else had this problem I'm thinking it was probably caused by outdated guides.

I can confirm that disabling all other addons and only have zygor enabled do not solf the problem at all, I had same issu after latest update from zygor and only way to use flight path is by deaktivate zygor addon and reload UI.

sad to say you did make something wrong with your update. shame on such great addon as zygor, plz fix it fast.

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game and see if that fixed it

I did do that and yes problem fixed, so all happy now and thank's Admin.
