Guide says to talk to Scout Valdez in Twilight Glade. He is not in Twilight Glade, he is back at your Garrison in the Town Hall next to the mission table and architect table.

I am not a good typest, so I usually don't report issues when I find them. There is other random mistakes in all the guides, all levels. You really need to have someone go back through the leveling experience and re-polish.

With Blizzard constantly tweaking stuff, if you don't have people at least once a month or so going back through the leveling experience from top to bottom, its never going to be polished as you call it.

Boring, YES, a pain, YES. Part of the burden of providing polished guides.

Where he appears will depend on what you have done in the zone for the quest lines. Normally when following our guides on your first time thru the zone he will be where we indicate.

I think if you upgraded your garrison prior to reaching that point in the guide he won't be there. Happened to me too a few days ago, I was parking my character inside the garrison, noticed that I can upgrade it and later on wondered about the NPC not being where he should while questing. I ignored that step and later on saw him inside my garrison.

Maybe you can put a hint into the guide step like "if he's not here you might have upgraded your garrsion and will find him there".
