Legion - Click Portal to Dalaran in Hall of the Guardian

In the Hall of the Guardian, the guide tells me to run down the steps and click the portal to Dalaran. The portal is actually in the main area where the NPC's are and not down the stairs.

It's kind of correct. Initially the portal is near the NPC's, then it moves when you complete the quests and move out of your instance to where Zygor tells you
