Guide does not recommend which of these to choose from, that may or may not be a bug but it does cause confusion

What settings do you have for the gear system section of the guide viewer settings?

Enable Gear Suggestions is check
the next 4 check boxes are un-checked

Highlight suggestion quest rewards is check
Auto-collect quest rewards is un-checked

This is because the items are not gear you can equip. They are items you can enhance your artifact weapon with. We may cover these in the gear system later, if we're able to.
