Shaman Enhance Order Guide Quest

The guide suggests I start Thunderaarms Enemies (step 927), and then immediately after it starts the Champios Celestos Quest. If I start the quest before getting Celestos, it is 50% but with him it will be 100%. For an 8 hour mission, I would have been hoping so I am doing Celestos first.
