Possible skipped/missing questgiver in Highmountain

Is there a reason the quest giver Oren Windstrider (id 94068) inside the cave called Rockcrawler Chasm (close by Skyhorn in Highmountain, coords 50.8, 36.5) and his three quests Fledgling Worm Guts, Eagle Egg Recovery and Tamer Takedown (plus some follow ups) are as far as I can tell not in the leveling guide?

You are running right by him as part of the guide steps, but completely ignore him and his three easy quests. Oversight or am I missing some reason not to do his quests?

We believe that these quests were added after the beta. We will get them added into the guides.
