I did the quests in Skold Ashill, about steps 260-262 or so. Finding the shields on the building walls was arguably a waste of time. It took more than an hour for me to find six shields, as mobs and other quests in the area turned me around quite a lot.

The quest is called "Shielded Secrets", and the specific coordinates for the shields would be incredibly helpful. As it is, Zygor just has us running around the general area, and Blizzard's quest pointer on the map is no help.

Hmm, I just checked both the Alliance and Horde guides, and the guides do lead you to the locations of all 6 shields.

In the Alliance guide, the quest is accepted on step 252, and the shields are at steps 253, 255, 256, 257, 258, and 259.

In the Horde guide, the quest is accepted on step 235, and the shields are at steps 237, 238, 239, 240, 241, and 242.

I thought I saw that initially. It is possible I did something wrong, or I am misinterpreting what the arrow is indicating.

Ah ha! I thought of a way to counteract my own stupidity!! In the guide for this quest, is it possible to put clickable lines with the coordinates? Right now, after some /headdesk, you guys were right (naturally) that the guide takes you to the shields, but it isn't specific of which shields you have clicked on. Maybe the shields don't work like treasures, with no API to determine which ones you have investigated, but I thought perhaps have "go here for shield 1, go here for shield 2" etc.

Does that make any sense? I'm just asking because the area is kind of a mess, and not because of Zygor. Without Zygor, I would have lost my sanity already in Legion, and the first week isn't even done!
