Yes, and the guide is the legion Horde daily (at least I'm guessing there is a separate faction daily guide since both factions have separate locations for some events)

9/25 - the step number is now 177, and the issue is still the same. Zygor navigates to the location Ally players need to go, NOT to the pace where Horde players need to go.

For the version of the quest you are seeing, does the quest tell you to kill the Gilneas Brigade Captain or the Queensguard Captain?
