Zygore Gear Finder not workong

Have my 110 toon but the gear finder doesn't suggest any dungeons or upgrades except for sky reach and grim rail depot for 2 hander (toon is fire Mage).

You may need to expand the sources the Gear Finder is using to look for items. To see all available options make sure you've enabled all possible types of Dungeons and Raids in the Options under the Gear Suggestions subsection:

I can confirm that the gear finder is not working for me as well on my 110 Enhancement Shaman. I do have all the above options checked. Tried reinstalling/repairing multiple times with no success. The gear finder isnt functional for me since the launch of Legion xpack.

Since there were a ton of updates since the launch can you confirm that you're running the latest version and that you have tried doing a clean install by doing the following:

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game and see if that fixed it

Do you have absolutely no suggestions, not working in any way, shape, or form? Or does it try but gives very limited suggestions like for the OP?

I will try with all checked as well as the clean reinstall mentioned below, once I get home. My question is since the character is a fresh Level 110 it does not have the iLevel for heroic. Will it still recommend those dungeons? Thank you.

If you try with all other addons disabled does it work properly then? Might be an addon conflict happening.

It should only recommend gear from the dungeons you are able to enter.

Reinstalled zygor, disabled my other add-ons and selected all sources. Recommendation on Zygor Gear Finder is Hellfire Citadel Mythic for my 110 Fire Mage.

Have you tried resetting the gear system settings or selecting different specs in the gear system settings?

Just to further add to the discussion, i was able to recreate this issue and i think that its something your QA team should have a look at. After successfully getting the gear finder to work, by reinstalling Zygor as per Admin's instructions, i reproduced the problem by checking the "Score item effects (experimental)" option. The Gear Finder breaks for me if i do this and shows exactly as the screenshot i posted on my previous post. If that's what causing the issue, you might want to add a warning window that checking this option will make the gear finder non-functional.
