Azsuna Leveling Step 22, minor issue

I just started Azsuna with my Alliance Demon Hunter and stumbled across the step to accept the quest "From Within".
The quest I got had the ID 40815, which does not get detected by this and the following guide step.

Wowhead shows three quests with that name so if you put in the mentioned ID it should be all.
Affects Horde guide too.
